Shipping is always tracked and secure.

2. How long does shipping take?

Our processing time is 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe & UK: 6–12 business days

USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

Australia: 8–15 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

We always provide a tracking number so you can follow your order.

We are a Europe-based brand with global shipping, offering carefully selected products from trusted suppliers.

Our mission is to bring meaningful self-care rituals to women worldwide.

4. Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

Most orders are delivered without customs fees, but in rare cases, your local customs office may apply import taxes.

Unfortunately, these are beyond our control.

5. Can I return my product?

Yes! We offer a return policy.

6. My order hasn’t arrived yet – what should I do?

Don’t worry! First, check your tracking number for real-time updates.

If your order is delayed more than 30 days, contact us and we’ll investigate it for you.

7. Are your products safe to use?

Absolutely. We only select products with safety certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS) and from verified suppliers.

Still, always follow the instructions and avoid use if you have sensitive conditions or are pregnant (unless your doctor approves).
